Teddy Taylor: Teddy B. Taylor is a career member of the Senior Foreign Service. In June of 2006, Mr. Taylor was appointed by Secretary of State; Dr. Condoleezza Rice, as Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of Human Resources.  Prior to this appointment, Mr. Taylor was Director of the Office of Employee Relations in the Bureau of Human Resources.  In 2003, Mr. Taylor was a member of the forty-sixth Senior Seminar, the Department of State’s premiere senior leadership training program.

Dr. Gerald T. Folsom: Serves as a senior contract specialist responsible for all logistics involved in transporting food aid and emergency aid to all overseas countries.  Serves as a communication   
advisor to all non-governmental organizations such as CARE, World Food Programme, World Vision, Africare and others on the Agency’s Food for Peace program.
